Have you ever wanted to learn how to make your own tobacco basket? You have probably seen these baskets at antique stores. They were used during the harvesting process when bringing in a tobacco crop. These baskets make great additions to your home decor. Your class registration fee covers the cost of the class as well as the materials that will be provided to you so that you can make your own basket during this class. Please note, you will be making your own basket. We will have an instructor there who will teach you how to make a basket, but she will not be making a basket for you. This is a hands on class and you will get to make the basket yourself. If you have questions, please call the Kernersville Museum for more information. 336-497-4869
